My family and I have been using Thameside taxis for quite a few years we have never had any complaints, the service we received have always been polite, friendly and extremely professional. Today was no exception we had a booking from Heathrow to Chadwell our driver was on time but he had an unusually long wait for us to clear customs yet he did not complain.
