After visiting two 3 shops during past 2 months regarding problem with my mobile and spending 2 hours in Apple shop with no result I went to the branch of 3 in Lake side. I can not praise enough Stephen who sort out the problem and Chris the manager. They deserve ten stars.

Do NOT go to Three for mobile phone contact if you live in the Rm post code. We live in rm13 and were sold mobile phone contracts that have little to no signal in that area. Three are aware of the ongoing problems in this area but fail to inform new customers that they will have limited service and will need a booster box in there house to so you can get a signal. I have two children that I cant get hold off while we are at work to make sure they are home from school safely. All calls drop, and I even get text massage from family members saying we are trying to call you but your phone is off can you call us back. But what is even more amazing is that your Three mobile phone will have no signal even standing in the Three store in lakeside. We have phoned three about this and after talking to 5 different people for over 1h30 all we got told was if you want to cancel then you will have to pay the rest of the contract up. We raised a case with three about this and have closed the case so that we can now go the the ombudsman service to help resolve our issues. If you want to call people and receive call then I would 100% look at a better service provider. Even when you call three there is a option to leave because of poor network coverage.

I when in store to see if my current contract was the best one, having been on contract with 3 since 2007 I would hope I'd be looked after, told no better deals, didn't bother to look at my account, stay with current offer. Funny enough got an email from 3 the next day saying current deal coming to a end, please call us, or go in store. I did try to but they were not interested even though they shop was empty

Ricardo was exceptionally helpful and made the experience of buying a mobile phone pleasurable. All staff were friendly and only store that answered their phone to answer a query out of 5 stores i called.
