Useless council, after new registration change 2021 for council services cant even register to pay council tax online anymore, after giving all correct details cant let you go through unable to pay. U making people life harder every year but supposed to do the opposite

Send an application for a driveway in March last year, it got approved, we paid for it and haven't heard any update since. We felt like we got robbed from the council
