I recently bought 2 kittens from the Lakeside store and the staff were very friendly and helpful with the entire purchase. They really made sure I had everything and went above and beyond to make sure the cats settled in properly. They have been great to go back to and ask advice about the cats too, such as when to get the snipped and injection times. Over all a very friendly and helpful experience.

Nice small pet shop that does all kinds of accessories and pet needs. Also has animals in the back room and around the shop. Some fishes are for display only but it's nice to bring children to when passing by the shop. Recommend
Customer service is excellent, especially Vicky and Hayley who were on late shift on 30th March 2016. They were both friendly, helpful, happy and went out of their way to solve a problem for me. I think they went over and above and made me feel that nothing was a problem, very calming. Thank you ladies. Spoke to Sarah, manager tonight to relay my gratitude, who was also happy to speak to me and had a cheerful manner. So nice to walk in a store and see happy employees!
Exceptional prices especially on terrariums and aquariums, strongly recommend it for herp keepers. Large variety of fish which are also kept very well compared to other pet shops. Very friendly and helpful staff, best pet shop I've ever been to :)
Great little pet store, only negative is the size as it's quite small. They do a good job of packing in a lot of goods for the shop floor size
The shop is so great, such generous people. Over all 5 stars!
