I moved to the area and called the village for guidance on obtaining a recycling receptacle. The first response from the village receptionist was to call village of Wildwood. I asked her for the number. To no avail she asked what street I lived - she said she's never heard of that street. After another brief hold she gave me a number for Lake County - no dept. I asked to speak with a manager who was surely more competent but of course she was on a call and I was guided to her VM. Very very disappointing. I expected much more from the village hall. Recycling is not only included in their 2017 Sustainability plan it's also a core functional service of the village to the town residents. Recycling in the future is NOW. Get a clue Grayslake and new personnel.
