I purchased a used vehicle from Grayson today. Mark, one of the used car salesmen, is honest and through. He wasn’t too pushy, as many car salesmen are, and worked to get me good deal. Did I get a “great” deal? No but I received a FAIR price and Mark made that process easy. I would shop there again in the future.

Matthew our salesman was fantastic and worked with his sales managers to get us a great deal on our 2019 Crosstrek. A very smooth buying process. Highly recommend .

Our overall experience at Grayson Subaru/Hyundai was great. Originally we had met a salesman named CL but they didn’t have what we were looking for that day. CL emailed us when they had what we were looking for so we went back. When we showed up the second time on a busy Saturday, we were introduced to JR as CL was understandably working with other clients. JR made the whole process easy and comfortable. Even after the purchase of our pre-owned vehicle, he made sure to go above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We purchased the vehicle before they were finished cleaning/serving it and JR followed through after the purchase with getting everything done for us.

You guys have over-charged me for the last time. Tell me why it’s 500 to replace spark plugs? Better yet-1500 for front brakes, oil change, and tire rotation? And new filters? Yes I understand the concept of “time is money,” but this is extortion. I do appreciate the 100 off. I do not appreciate being financially taken advantage of every time I come in here.

Great experience with John Peterson as our sales guy. We were looking for a specific vehicle, a Crosstrek in hyper blue. We found it online and requested a price and got an amazing quote sent in, it was almost unbelievable. We got a call shortly after from John getting some more information for me. Explained how we were bottom up on a Ford Focus (transmission issues led us to wanting to sell!) He asked how much we owed, then assured us they would pay off the focus and give us a fresh start with the crosstrek. He worked miracles, and we are very lucky to have gotten such an honest and reputable dealer.
