This HIEXP is a fine one. The front desk was absolutely fantastic. Room was nice clean and comfortable. I usually don't care for the roll down black-out shades but this time they were kinda nice. Very comfortable I will definitely stay again.

We reserved a room with two double beds three weeks before our stay and when we arrived they had given our room away, a family of 4, a room with one king bed saying they were busy and had no other rooms. The manager, Gerri was completely rude with us (when they finally arrive the next day) and did not even offer an apology and actually told us that we we’re ungrateful because we had a great price on our room. Note that our great price was because of our membership with IHG which we will now forfeit our points. We will never stay at a holiday inn again nation-wide and will spread the word with all our family and business friends. I will be sure to give Barton CC a heads up that when parents come in town for a game that this hotel is managed terribly and will make the stay unpleasant.

Room was nice except the phone was not hooked up, not very safe! I had to leave 1 night early and gave a 24 hour notice and they still charged me for the night I wasnt going to be there! The booking agent tried to get this taken care of and the manager would budge! I am a good customer of this hotel chain, looks like I will stay elsewhere going foward!
BED BUGS!!! I booked a room at the Holiday Inn last weekend for a wedding and expected a quiet stay like I would any other 4-5 star hotel. Instead I woke up at 3am to find bed begs everywhere. On the pillow, in the bed, on the night stand, everywhere. I was bitten head to toe. (Great for the wedding photos!) and their only solution was to put me in another room until the morning because the computers were down. The next morning I asked for the manager and was rudely told I had to deal with the receptionist before she would get someone of higher authority. After I told her my situation and asked for the rest of my reservation to be canceled and given a refund she told me she wouldn’t give me a refund but maybe a discount. After she finally got the manager on duty they did not resolve my issue until I was able to present evidence (pictures and videos) that they would give me a refund for sleeping with bed bugs. Now, a week later, they have charged me for my whole reservation, there is another pending charge for my reservation, and NO refund has been issued. I wouldn’t even expect this kind of service from a motel. 0/10. Would recommend sleeping in your car instead.
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive and the free breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty.
Bed was very comfy, hot tub was only luke warm otherwise I would give it a 5 star rating. Breakfast was delicious!
The room was so clean, workers so nice, and it's pet friendly!
