I’m giving a 4 star because my therapist Rachel has done a great job helping me through hard times. The first few appointments were a little confusing and tedious. After the first few, I saw a lot of improvement in myself and had tools to help with certain issues. Only complaint is the medication side of this organization doesn’t follow up or refill meds 100% on time. I fortunately made it work and came out okay but that’s the main thing that needs work here. Overall I still am thankful for their help and would recommend to people struggling if it’s their only option for help.

I feel sorry for the therapist at the Center that care so much for their patients. They do the best they can all the while their patients are getting screwed over by the couple of people doing meds. Yeah...I know you're busy. And I'm just one person trying to keep my head above water as well. Continuing to take medications away without even talking to me about it is making me sink. Too busy to notice. That's ok. I definitely wouldn't ask either of you for help.

Don't keep appointments or return calls when I need help with meds. Hour long appointment lasts about 20 minutes. They are all about making money. Don't give me the hips copy and paste its redundant

I am not receiving the services I was told during transition from another state and I do not feel or see that is the case. I sit and hurt feel rid Shed and like a person with a number assembly line. I still sit around and hurt. Case management is not what I had at ano there agency and not really a go better or seems like they care much. I'm so disappointed because there was a transitional nd expectations told to me and explained from one provider to the center and it is not the case at all.
