This review goes out to Barry. My appointment was at 9am and he arrived on time. Very friendly and professional. He performed an outstanding job on our carpet which were full of nasty pet stains. Odors are gone totally gone! If you go with stay cleaned up ask for Barry!

My family and now I have been using The Great Carpet Company for all of our flooring needs. They have always been very accommodating, friendly and very punctual. Not to mention being very affordable. From start to finish they handle every aspect. Measuring, sample delivery, etc. Excellent installers doing very clean work. Of course things happen sometimes that are out of anyone's hands and rescheduling happens. However, with The Great Carpet Company it is very very rare. I recommend them highly.

What do you dislike about Great Carpet Co? Share a tip.We are sorry that we ever contracted with this company. We had to get another installer to re-stretch the carpet and padding using a power stretcher rather than a knee stretcher because of the buckling and bumps that began to appear within the first 24 months. The owner of Great Carpet refused to reimburse us leaving us no choice other than to take him to court.
