Nice music coming in and the people are very friendly. The presentation was interactive. Surprisingly the price was actually low but this isn’t a direct timeshare. It’s rather buying into the system with no specific home destination which is a traditional timeshare. I think the more upsetting piece is that the woman lied to get us here. Said we were 1 of 5 people chosen from a raffle at the SunValley Mall in Concord, CA and after the 90 minute presentation we would do a scratcher for a car and receive the tickets for the locations of our choice, not at all true. We did a scratcher, the guy said we won and it just put it to the side. Kind of strange and it was more of a hipe than anything else. Also, you don’t directly receive tickets. You are given papers that have to be filled out and sent in to receive the tickets. I get that nothing in life is free but I think lying to get business is even worse. All the people we spoke to in person were very nice and professional. This place is just similar to a low budget film that you can see all the mistakes on the screen and with the actors.

RUDE Sales Manager, Jake Gillett. We drove over two hours to the location and were told we could not attend the presentation since we were 15 minutes late. I had already sent an email that we were stuck in traffic. The very polite receptionist offered to get the manager, Jake. I could not believe how rude and unaccommodating he was! The receptionist offered to reschedule later in the day, but we had a wedding to attend, that is why we scheduled for that date. Jake did nothing but state that was the rules, well, he got no business from us and we will not be returning. Thankfully, the receptionist was very sweet, gave us our gift for coming, and even recommended a spot for breakfast!!
Very interesting! They had a time share that was very apoealing but my mom told me to not get it because her friend has one and she is trying to get out of it and apparently it is very hard to do! But boy they make it sound irristable! Be wary of time shares!
My husband and I attended a misrepresentation and during this time they never told us about the high interest that would accrue. They also contended that we would have a one to three bedroom, but they only gave us a studio (no kitchen or any other great amenities that should come with a timeshare) oh and not to mention, now they are saying we don't have a timeshare, we are just members and is obligated to pay maintenance fees until 2039- What a scam, I wish I had never let them swindle me into this mess. Now that my husband is diagnosed with Agent Orange from serving our country and is on dialysis, they don't even care and are just asking for more money. I will now need to get an attorney to get me out of this debacle.
We had a great experience! We knew that we would be here for a while but went in saying we aren't buying anything... well we ended up joining the family and got way more than what we thought we would be getting a few extras thrown in... we had been to a couple other timeshare presentations and this is buy far the best investment opportunity weve listened to...
Chelsea, Now that I have your company name and address, I am filing an official complaint of harassment as well as sending a complaint to the BBB. I have requested over and over to be taken off the call list but to no avail. I made the appointment just to get your company details. I have copies of the over 100 times your sales people have called this number and saved all the voicemails. Even if we were interested, which were are not, we would never go with such an inconsiderate company. I plan to include/post all of the different numbers you have used to call me. Your company must be extremely desperate.
Good for those who can use it a lot. Not for me, though.
