I've been using Great Lakes Landscape Design for three years. They are one of the best landscape service companies I have ever worked with. Their landscape crews do an excellent job. They cut and clean up with extreme professionalism. I have also used their design service for two separate projects on my home, both of which were well done with no problems. I believe in the rule that states, \You get what you pay for\. Great Lakes provides excellent value. Happy to be one of their customers.

I appreciate the dedication and devotion to quality work. I have a nice home that needed landscaping. A lot of people bid on the job (of course) - but I needed someone I can trust to do the job right and be there to back up the work. Great Lakes Landscape Design has been around for decades and Ivan and his crew and real pros. They really know hardscapes and landscapes - and installed a great and beautiful design. They even had a designer on staff that helped me. I noticed there are a LOT of companies with the name 'GREAT LAKES' - don't be confused. This is the one you should hire. A great Michigan company doing incredible work.

Reached out about a project that is an 18 minute drive south of their office and was surprised when told it was out of their service area--a shorter drive than Bloomfield Hills. I don't think they want to really serve Detroit.

Imagine if the rest of the company is as douchey as the dude driving the company pickup truck I encountered this morning. If so, I'd stay away! While getting coffee this morning at the Tim Hortons in Birmingham, I had the \pleasure\ of being behind a Great Lakes truck. For those of you unaware, waiting in this Tim Hortons line has you in a tunnel like garage...and it can get a little fumey... to say the least. But as Great Lakes guy gets his coffee he doesn't pull away nice and slow....no he tears out of there leaving a massive cloud of black smoke to fill the tunnel. Classy!
