Very responsive, good customer service, and good pricing, even for smaller one-off projects. I had a handful of anodized aluminum pieces laser engraved. Lydia was very willing to work with me and make adjustments until I was happy with the results.

Excellent service! I had a project I wanted to do for a birthday gift that I needed done ASAP. I got there a half hour before they closed and explained my situation. Lydia was kind enough to walk me through fonts, show me samples, and ultimately stayed a little late to get it done for me at a very reasonable price. Just be aware they only take cash or check, no credit cards. All in all, the service was stellar and I will return in the future for additional projects.
