This was a very professional place to do business with. They're extremely busy and short staffed but otherwise no issues. I had a washout done and it was 55, the only issue was the GPS sent me to wrong area. Use Google maps. Its on clay Ave sw. Make right at first light off interstate and the place is in the middle of the block

Told the young lady at the counter that I had kitty litter (oil dry) in the back of my trailer. (Like another driver the day before). She was very courteous and took my 40, gave me my receipt and told me to pull around to the outside dock. After a short wait a gentleman came up and asked if I had told her that I had 2 inches of mud in my trailer.(there were a few spots where it had piled up that high, but nowhere near that in most of the trailer) I told him I had told the lady at the counter it was like the gentleman the previous day. He said yes it was and this was the last time they would do it, don't come in there again. I wouldn't have a problem paying more for the mess, but I'll make sure we do as he said, I won't be back and I'll let my company know as well. Response to owner: It was dirty, you're correct and had you said you needed to charge extra it would not have been a problem. I would have paid it. You decided to tell me to never come back, so I won't. I was in the service industry for 20 years so I know the customer isn't always right, but the person being a jerk was you. (The reason I gave you 2 stars is because your daughter was very pleasant)
