I recently had a clogged tub drain and wanted a quote for snaking the drain. After calling 20 plumbers in the area and surrounding areas, Lloyd was the only plumber who asked detailed questions about the drain before giving me a quote. He actually helped me fix my drain issue DIY style and saved me the money. It was a simple fix. Ultimately, I decided to replace the drain because of corrosion and Lloyd gave me a great price.
