What a great shop! The staff was very informative and welcoming. LOVED the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, and the decorated sugar cookies are not only beautiful, but DELICIOUS. I’ll be ordering here for all my future cookie needs!

Excellent cookies. Really good selection of flavors. I had the Texas turtle and the lemon drop.
Bad customer service. They seem too busy to care about making new customers. They lost my order request and do not seem to care that there is a kid without special cookies on their special day. There are so many other great companies in Dallas that are helpful and also just nice on the phone. I do not recommend them.
Unfortunately the staff was very rude when I tried to call and place an order. So disappointing! I was trying to support local business but was unable to complete an order due to the staff's unfriendly attitude on the phone. All she said was 'we require 24 hrs notice' and wouldn't provide any help. Do not recommend.
my custom cookies were so adorable and delicious!! ordered them on monday and picked up on friday. great service and got exactly what i wanted :) will definitely order again!
