I've been taking my cat here for years, and I've always been very impressed with the service, quality of care, and COVID precautions. On a recent trip my car battery failed in the parking lot, and the staff jumped my car for me. I would definitely recommend them.

If you're reading this and you take COVID-19 seriously, do not come here. These people do not care at all about social distancing and their procedures are flimsy and unprofessional. The staff spoke at our family from less than 5 feet without a mask on and was not aware until we told them to put on the mask for our safety. We have immuno-deficient family members and the experience was truly frightening. We have taken our dog to the vet in Concord, and they speak to us about our dog through the phone instead of in person which made us feel much safer. If you' re looking for a clinic that takes COVID-19 procedures seriously, do not come here.
Dr. Kelman and his staff are knowledgeable, kind and responsive. I have been bringing my dog to Dr. Kelman for many years. He has a gentle bedside manner that is so important in this setting. He knows his stuff and always is up on the latest research and products for my dog. When I have had an emergency, he and his staff respond very quickly and go out of their way to help. Can’t recommend him enough.
Everyone is kind and helpful. The doctors have been so understanding and gentle with our 'old boy' black lab - 15 years and counting. Great service!
