Loved dr.thomas super nice and took time to explain everything to me while at good Sam before my surgery. Went for follow up at office ladies were very nice and were throughly cleaning the office . Dr Thomas took the time in office answering my questions and didn't rush me out .

Dr. Gokarn was a blessing! He is the surgeon I was lucky enough to have, and all I can say was he did my surgery in January and in June I’m still thinking about how he really took such good care of me! He didn’t just rush his explanations, he took the time to be sure I understood what needed to be to done for my surgery and my follow up care too.

I walked in off the street and Dr. Auguste saved my life ! this place and the people who work here are all amazing . after my surgery everytime i called i got immediate and educated answers. office people nurses and doctors who take complete pride in their work and actually care about you as a friend and patient , let me tell you a lot of places are not !!! god bless everyone at Great south Bay !!!!! Had the pleasure of consulted by Dr John Frankfort a true professional and with a great team of staff.. everyone was kind and friendly.. Dr. Frankfort will explain the results even a layman can understand and avoids unnecessary procedures.. when it comes to medical emergency you can count on him.. God Bless and a true Doctor born to be in this noble profession !!! UB

Back on October 2018 I went for a consultation and the doctor spent no more than 4 minutes with me and I paid the copay of 60 (so I paid 15 per minute). I returned for the 2nd visit and after that visit when I went to pay for the copay the lady in the front told me "No need to pay because this is a follow up from your first visit". For my last and 3rd visit, I received my results from the tests and the doctor told me I needed surgery and gave me the name of his assistant (Nancy) that was going to call me to schedule it. Nancy never called me, I had to call her twice to follow-up. Not happy with the services I decided to get a second opinion with another doctor, which I am very happy with and guess what, I DON'T NEED A SURGERY! Last week I get a bill for 60 copay for the visit that I was told I didn't need to pay. I called the office to clear things up and it was a disaster when speaking with Denise, the office manager. Please take my advice...DO NOT GO THERE!

Horrible service very rude. The waiting was horrible And i felt very discriminated against the staff comes off as extremely racist. Wouldnt recommend could find a better surgeon or vascular specialist elsewhere.
