Due to the layout of my home I wasn't sure a heat pump would work well for me. I'm so impressed with how well it actually works. Installation was clean professional and timely. Thanks EBM.
We have been waiting since December for his return call. He was here in December. Said the part was on the way in January. I left several messages for weeks. Not even a return call. Been without the heat pump all winter. Thankfully we had another source of heat and it was in the basement. I left messages saying if there was a problem with the part at least just call me back. Just please return my call. Not a recommendation from here. I can’t understand why people can’t take the time and courtesy to return a call and at least give an explanation.
