Clearly not watching the sames news as the rest of the country. I walked into town to put a cheque along with a paying in slip through the letterbox. The letterbox is not in use and a message attached asking for customers to come in and speak to them! How bizzarre.

Very helpful and lovely lady helped me and my partner for all needed after my dad passed away
Poor service recieved..... sat there for nearly 40 minutes waiting for the advisor to answer the phone to solve my problem.... eventually got sorted after lots of irrelevant questions
