Occasionally you can get a real gem of an item at a great price. Some things are rather expensive for what they are (40 for ONE bedside table?!). Some of the staff are very polite, but many really haven't a clue on customer service! The 'one-way' system is also ridiculous - you won't get the plague!

BHF is a charity very close to my heart. Used it several times to donate unwanted furniture, bric a brac, good clean clothes (they send them to the regular stores) electrical goods - yes they accept electrical goods and have their own PAT tester. We’ve donated lounge and dining furniture which they happily collect with a smile (as long as the appropriate safety signs are still in situ) Some of the reviews state it’s expensive which compared to the quality of some of the things donated it is not. Add gift aid to it so all goes a long way to support this excellent charity. The staff are fantastic and do a great job, well recommended.

Not only they charge 20 when normal delivery rates are 6 as they don't turn up when arranged and then when we try to rearrange the delivery the try want to charge the deliver again. 40 for delivery is abusive. The manager was horrendous dealing with it. The worst customer experience I had.
