My daughter had her hair coloured here. She showed them a picture of what she wanted, understandin it is likely to be somewhat different but to give an idea of what she wanted. The result was nothing like what she asked for, not even a similar colour or style, and poorly done. The stylist herself said \oh well you will see the colours when the wind blows\. When my daughter spoke to the manager, she was told she is rude to complain and there is nothing wrong with it, despite it being nothing like what she asked for. I understand it will not be like the picture but for it to be a different colour? I have been coming here to have my hair cut for several years which is why i recommended my daughter comes here. I will now take my custom else where as the behaviour of the manager was disgusting. She was offered to go back and have more highlights put in but after going back 4 times to resolve this, she does not want fusion to touch her hair and wanted a refund. She was given half her money back.

I was seen by Abi, I had had a terrible haircut from another hairdressers back and March and Abi did a fantastic job restyling, blow drying and straightening my hair. My confidence had been lost but when I came out of Fusion I felt great and can't wait to go back again next time I come up from Surrey in about 6 weeks time! Now I've found her I will only let Abi cut and style my hair! Thanks Abi x

Paige was absolutely brilliant with me, I suffer with my mental health and she made me feel relaxed and happy to be there. She did an amazing job on my hair, my hair is super thick but she was patient and didn't rush it. So I highly recommend this salon, all the staff are lovely and friendly and especially Paige x
