The customer service from this shop is outstanding. They helped to find a hard to source fabric and made some very good recommendations for a substitute. I ordered the fabric over the phone and it arrived the very next day. I am very very pleased. Thank you.

Couldn't recommend this shop enough, Susan was super helpful with all my questions and helping an international customer like myself enquiring on older stock and posting all the way to New Zealand. even if the stock is not on her website she is more than willing to help. would definitely shop with Northgate again.

After a few email questions with Northgate Needlecraft I made some purchases. It was easy to chat back and forth and I enjoyed the interaction very much. Everything arrived in Ottawa Canada quickly, reasonably priced and exactly as promised. My new hoop is a lovely little hoop and I'm delighted. All my other treats are just right. If you're someone who enjoys embroidery and cross stitch and you're near Gt Yarmouth visit this shop. There is so much to discover, I always find something new I must have. There are a variety of classes, and picture framing is also available, I always have my cross stitch pictures framed there. Very helpful and friendly, worth visiting .
