Bought a pond pump which arrived on time and worked well but only for 9 weeks. I contacted the outdoor value who immediately replaced it within 5days. Great customer service. Fingers crossed this one lasts.

Purchased Andes windbreaker through eBay, that the poles wont fit through the pole channels, 30 down the swanny still waiting for a reply . Even sent pictures of the product.Just had reply and promised a full refund, so increased the star rating, well done customer service.

Purchased 8 led solor decking lights from this company. They looked the business but only 5 work so been trying for days now to get in touch but nothing so I’d say clear of outdoor value as to me have your money then blank you stay clear

Really bad service, sent completely wrong articles did not engage at at at first. When the did engage they did not follow up with collection of articles. I am still working through claims with Amazon two months later. KEEP AWAY FOM THESE GUYS

According to regulations of January 2005 the comfort rating for sleeping bags are, Season 2 use to down to 0 degrees Centigrade, Season 3 use down to -5 degrees Centigrade and Season 4 use down to -10 degrees Centigrade. They sold me a bag they claimed was a season 4. I would absolutely not risk using this bag below 0 degrees Centigrade. They refused to supply the certification to show their bag complies with these regulations. Do not buy a low temperature bag from here.
