Spot on, got a table for an early dinner at short notice. Service great, very accommodating and food was delicious. Recommended if staying locally. Very reasonably priced as well.

We called in for a drink on a Sunday afternoon. Very friendly staff, they even bought a sausage out for each of our dogs. Unfortunately they don't do food on a Sunday eve otherwise we'd've stayed for a meal. Will definitely return when in the area!
Very welcoming and friendly excellent food and service have tried lots on the menu, have never been disappointed always recommend to others. Thank you to all the team in these unprecedented times.
Whenever we stay at the race course campsite we visit The Avenue great little pub
Although they were fully booked, they offered us a table if we could eat within 35 minutes. We accepted, and are so glad we did. Really tasty Sunday Roast, friendly atmosphere, no complaints we will come back.
