Awful, rude receptionists never answer the phone as always gas bagging about personal things instead of answering the phone (seen it my self), tell you that you can't make appointments in advance but on the website it clearly states you can book in advance up to 4 weeks, but yet you get told they can't book in advance ring up at 8am, yeah right good luck with getting through. Receptionists also have left reception unattended which I'm sure MUST be manned at all times due to personal information that could just be taken. Doctor I use here though is fantastic and actually cares about his patients, thank you goes to Dr maleki

55 is extremely high fee for a same day NHS GP appointment. Sure as h I can't afford to see their doctors anymore. Can't even change surgeries because they are all operated by same firm. So much for the NHS being free at point of access! If you are rich, no problem.

Terrible service and receptionist have no right to ask personal questions about personal matters they are not qualified doctors . I was refused an appointment unless I told them what was wrong. Disgusting practise
