I AM AFRAID THIS MIGHT BE A SCAM DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I was a first time customer and I made an appointment for 3PM because my husband works and I have 2 children whom I stay home with. I was sent a reminder text stating an 11AM ( which I did not catch their error unfortunately). As I was driving to my appointment I saw an email from them stating that I missed my appointment WHICH SAID MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10AM and that I was charged 120 for missing the appointment. In summary I was given 3 DIFFERENT TIMES FOR 1 APPOINTMENT! I had 3 conversations trying to have this 120 refunded and attempted to make a new appointment but I was told that I would not be refunded. They would not even entertain the FACT that this was their error. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A MENTAL HEALTH INSTITUTION AND THEY ARE ADDING STRESS INSTEAD OF HELPING TO ALLEVIATE IT. SHAMEFUL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I absolutely love this place!!!!! Very friendly and great receptionist/staff, and my counselor is absolutely wonderful. Coffee is available in the waiting room and they play music! If you're hesitant, try it! It's absolutely worth the try.
