i ordered Rara chicken after almost 6 months due to COVID-19. It was a pathetic experience. Chicken dish was not cooked properly. It seemed that chef didnt gave enough time to even cook before packing it. In addition i would also like to provide the feedback for the Manager- Vivek. 1.He doesnt know how to speak to customer 2.Doesnt hold any value to his commitment given 3.Very/extremely Rude 4. Doesnt know what is customer service at all Finally, my suggestion for the owner; I think he should 1st learn how to deal and speak to ppl so please send him back to school to learn basic etiquettes and ways to speak to ppl

Chawla’s is a famous name in Delhi-NCR and they share good reputations in mid segment restaurant. I was in greater Noida last evening for a business meeting and was looking for an authentic Desi food before driving off to Delhi. I searched on Zomato and visited this outlet of Chalwas. The quantity which they offer is really good and hence I ordered just Paneer Masala with Tandoori naan and Roti. The taste was great, smell was mouth watering and quantity was super duper filling. The value for money food was hygienic too. And this is the reason why I love Chawlas

Worst experience. Kadhai paneer was smelling bad. All reviews here are fake. Don't waste your money here. Most of the food went to dustbin.
