Denny was very thorough in his Inspection Report that included interior and exterior condition statements and indicated areas of needed repair and attention. The report contained photos throughout that helps the reader know exactly what the text is referencing to. After reviewing the individual areas throughout, he then summarizes problem areas that need replacement or repair to conclude the report. I was able to be present and ask questions regarding the problem areas which was beneficial to me. The report in it's entirety included what was good, bad or somewhere in between, and I feel I received good value for their service.

Denny from GPP Inspections is a trusted professional in Peoria. He performed a housing inspection after I had made an offer on the home. He found a few minor issues, but he also found major electrical issues with 60 amp services running into a 100amp panel. The house was a tinderbox. The sellers wouldn't fix and we moved on. I could've been on the hook if it wasn't for Denny. Great guy, legit, integral, and who I'd call again before buying any home in Peoria, IL. Thanks again Denny!
