Colron replaced our septic bed & tank last month as it had failed and they did a great job. They showed up when they said they would and kept us informed along the way. They didn't leave until the job was completed and they cleaned everything up afterwards. They are very professional and they have the best prices around. I highly recommend Colron Excavating.

Jordan and his business partner came out on an urgent basis to take a look at some excavating work required at the back of my house. They were very personable and seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. They provided a very rough verbal estimate and said they'd be back the following week with someone from a foundation company they often work with--that was in late September. We didn't hear from anyone. On October 15, after I contacted them Jordan said they'd be back early the following week. No one showed. I've called and texted simply asking to book the work and stating that I can book a foundation company myself since their guy seems too busy --with no response. Last October I could have booked someone for this spring if he'd said upfront that they weren't capable of doing the job. The lack of professionalism is really disappointing.

We just had our septic replaced by Colron. This was daunting for us as it's such a large project, but we couldn't be happier. We felt throughout that we were in excellent hands. Paul, Jordan and Chris are all incredibly hard-working and we were very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and expertise. They're also very personable and took the time to answer all of our questions and give advice for how to maintain our new system. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions and were always excellent about communicating their progress. They are very detail-oriented (they put down large mats to minimize any damage to our driveway from the dump trucks, for example, and swept our walkway after putting down the topsoil). They left the site immaculate. We are exceptionally pleased with their work and level of service, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this highly professional and talented crew. Paul and his crew installed a new Eljen septic system, which replaced a 40 original system. Very professional, straight forward company to deal with. Most importantly, very easy to communicate with, answers his phone and text messages promptly. They handled the job from beginning to end, leaving landscaped bed ready for seed. If he says he's going to do something, he does it. I would definitely recommend Colron
