Dr Kim is fantastic, I'm so glad I found her. She always takes the time to listen and is genuinely passionate about helping. Her recommendations of supplements and accupuncture have made a huge difference for me where pharmaceuticals could not. Highly recommended!
we have booked for Dula Support and paid the down payment/ First installment of 500CAD, unfortunately we had a preterm labor and had never used the services. After informing them about the situation (3 months in advance to our due date), they have told us that town payment is not refundable since we have booked them for that particular day and they have turned down some customers. We ended up paying for a service that we have never received, and it was unclear what is \down payment/ First installment\. The only reason I am not giving them a 1 star is because we haven't used their services at all to have a judgment about that. I recommend to make it clear at the time of signing the contract that what is the penalty for cancellation.
Kim is amazing. She helped me with medical issues that had been misdiagnosed by mainstream doctors for years. Highly recommended!
