Very unprofessional to its vendors, does not pay its bills and refuses to answer emails or phone calls to clear delinquent account. The way they treat their vendors is a signal to how they will treat there customers.

Orchard Walk is a great place for ageing seniors. Barbara and Alex and all the nursing staff are great. Considering the state of nursing homes in general, Orchard Walk had a very personal and caring culture. I checked them all out in Ottawa and found this one to be the most honest and caring. The food my mom loved and she made a lot of great friends. If you’re in the Ottawa area I would highly recommend checking them out.
It used to be a great place to work, but all the staff are gone and a new company with different vision has taken over....I am sorry to see all the changes. Barbara and Alex and the management team are not there any more.
ALL the lights in the parking lot have been out for over a month now. Residence pay 4,000 for their occupancy and should not ever have to worry about their safety. These lights need to be fixed ASAP!! This is unacceptable!
My parents lived there for over 5 years and loved every minute of it!
