This is the third condominium management company I've dealt with and by far the best. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely professional and very responsive. They are great at relaying information to the owners. They are leaps and bounds above other management companies with the contractors they hire to manage the property and fulfill construction projects on the buildings. Seeing their name attached to a condominium is a sure way of knowing that your fees will be spent properly.

Individual owners beware. Do not expect this company to care about your unit. The property manager hired an incompetent crew to repair damages to the inside of our home. Damages caused by his not sending someone to repair eavestrough although he was informed about it on multiple occasions. The property manager inspected the work done by the company he hired and agreed that it was very poor quality. However, when we asked that they be sent back to fix their mistakes he threatened “I must warn you that if the delay causes additional costs we will have to charge those back to you.” He also told us that as long as the crew did what they were asked to, it did not matter if the outcome was not “aesthetically pleasing.” When we were un willing to accept the temporary and unprofessional fix the contractor suggested we were told to fix it ourselves, at our own expense. This means that in addition to our condo fees we are expected to pay to fix work that the management company did not insure was done properly. Sentinal stands behind the quality of this work. Expect the same if they are your property manager.
Reply to Cindy: Thanks for your quick Reply Cindy. This isn’t my real name. I have emailed you and Noah a few weeks ago regarding this. Parking B in Parkview Gardens. After 2 years of original review, same rating! They do not like issues between services and contractors! Even with emails and photos documenting issues, they do nothing and give you the run around. I pay fees for non rendered services and all I get are excuses when they should come and supervise the work themselves.
I have never had another condo management company respond so quickly or professionally in all my years of being a Realtor. In particular, Kayla was amazing to deal with! Very happy with their responsiveness.

Our building has worked with Sentinel for several years and they have helped us through some tricky situations. They are a local family owned business and provide a level of service you would not get from other companies. Responses are prompt and they navigate difficult situations well. Would recommend to anyone seeking a property management company.
