The Luebberts Corner

Our australian shepherd has a ton of energy but when he came home from a place like this he would always be tanked. He would pass out on the ride home in seconds.

DANGER!!! DO NOT USE!!!!! They don't even deserve one star... This 'resort' does not care for or about the dogs (aka family members) they get paid to care for!! They NEGLECTED our dog (see photos below - warning... they are graphic) - DO NOT USE THEM!!! He was injured while under the kennel's care and they failed to contact us or seek medical help until the wound was so infected that he had to undergo surgery to cut out the infected tissue both inside and around the perimeter of the wound, which caused severe additional pain (he was on pain killers for 3 days) and multiple follow-up visits to the vet. They claimed that he was bit by another dog & it happened the day they contacted us. The vet reported that the wound was not indicative of a bite and that it was several days old. He had come home with small cuts after previous visits to the kennel. When we dropped our dog off we requested, both verbally and in writing, to check where he was going on the property as something sharp had cut him. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and Clackamas County (who informed us that there have been MULTIPLE complaints about them & recommended seeking attorney input to get them shut down!!) We have attempted to contact them with no response - another indication that they simply don't care. PLEASE do not risk having your family go through what ours did. PASS THIS ALONG TO ANYONE YOU THINK MAY BE CONSIDERING ENTRUSTING GREEN ACRES TO CARE FOR THEIR BELOVED DOGS!!

Our dog loves it here! They take such good care of him. He gets so excited when we drive up and realizes where he is! He never even looks back at us to say “Goodbye” Our most recent trip required 7 days of boarding for our dog and we were so thrilled to know he was in good hands. We didn’t worry for even a moment thanks to the wonderful staff at Green Acres.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. I brought my dog to be boarded here, Tuesday through Sunday. I pick him up Sunday to find out that he cut his paw open on a fence, on Friday. They did nothing, and when I looked at it, it was a VERY deep gash and required immediate medical attention. He required stitches and some heavy antibiotics, for risk of infection(from sitting in his own filth for days). When I brought the 734 vet bill to Green Acres, the lady told me that I was out of luck and they are not at fault at all.
