My great-grandma lived at Moraine at loved it. She was hesitant at first to the change but became a social butterfly enjoying all of the activities they had to offer. I now enjoy coming to Moraine with my dogs with Misfit Mutts Dog Rescue. We come once a month and the residents just love it and we love coming. The staff is super friendly and very caring to the residents needs.

As an employee for moraine ridge for only 3 months. I can honestly say how much I enjoy working there. I have been a cna for 10 years and worked in skilled and home care. I have worked with some really great employees, and I honestly enjoy getting know each staff member at Moraine Ridge and Reflections. Each resident is very unique in their own way. And learning who they were in their younger days is very refreshing and very exciting to hear, for each resident is not the same. When your new to a company it can become for uneasy for a person and at times very hard to learn your position as well as learning new residents and their cares. Training cane natural and learning the cares, I easily caught on through the help of the staff at Moraine Ridge. Each and everyone of you have made my transition easy and comfortable and I truly grateful for the staff and residents at Moraine Ridge. I look forward to the new year with my coworkers and residents, and watching the growth and potential that this company has and offers! Very thankful!

I do not recommend anyone working at the Moraine Ridge facility. They are extremely short staffed, at max there is 3 people looking after about 70 residents. It is so sad that management does not stay to fill the slots of the positions. This is ultimately affecting the residents, which is not acceptable. They pay so much money to receive poor care from the facilities employees. I was fired for telling management the truth they did not want to hear. I was fired for something I believe is wrong. I stand by what I said and do not regret anything. All management is concerned about is the money, ensuring that their employees are not receiving overtime. Like how does that make sense? You’re worried about people getting off the clock, when you do not even have enough staff. They have employees who are willing to stay and pick up shifts, but they won’t let them because they are more concerned about them receiving overtime then there being enough staff to care for all the residents.

I live at Moraine Ridge. I love it there. I love happy hour and exercise. I love painting and coloring and doing the other activities. The food is good too. The people are nice. I really like Hailee and Abby. I'm glad I live here.

My dad lived at Moraine Ridge and loved it! He made so many friends, loved all the activities, especially Bingo and Happy Hour. Every one treated him with respect. I'm so happy we found a place where he was happy to spend his last few years with us.
