I called and set up an appointment to evaluate my yard and talk about their services. No one showed up for the appointment and when I called I was only able to reach voicemail. I waited for over an hour and haven't seen or even been able to talk with anyone from the company.

Before selecting Green Dreams I researched several sodding companies and Green Dreams had the best to offer. They offer the most reasonable price for their work. The guys were professional in every way. They even patched up a spot that was dying in the front yard. They made sure that the sod was green before putting it in. I love the way it turned out.

Great business. They do beautiful work with patios, pavers, retaining walls, lawns and more. Not only do they design and build their own work, they offer a lifetime guarantee. The owners are professional, hands-on and also make some awesome barbecue for their Annual Customer Appreciation Dinner.

Signed up for a monthly service in the middle of July. Was told there would be my first soil testing/fertilizing the following week. After 3 weeks with no service or phone calls I called and asked when I would be getting service. Was told I was on the list and they were catching up. After another two weeks I called and was told it was too hot to fertilize so they were waiting until it cooled down the following week- then the following week I was told she was sick and I had a Thursday at the LATEST appointment. That was last Thursday so I called today to ask what was up?? She said they were busy getting ready for the hurricane and that she should just cancel my contract and hung up on me?!?!? Hahahaha, SUPER PROFESSIONAL and proper treatment of a military family she assured me she was happy to help. Don’t waste your time-

Had an appointment scheduled for 8:30AM for an estimate on a back yard project. No call/No Show. We called the business at 9:30AM spoke with Dana, advised they would be there right away (within 30 minutes) and provided our property address again. 12:30PM (4hrs later) rolls around still No Call/No Show from business. Zero contact from the company via phone or email on what happened to our appointment. Pretty upsetting due to the fact we took work off and wasted our day waiting around for someone who could care less about a customers time. We will be taking our business elsewhere and letting friends know of our experience and that they shouldn't waste their time and money on a company who doesn't put their customers first. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

Only one attribute for Green Dreams Landscaping: Fabulous!!! Service is exemplary and our plants and grass are beautiful and green. They also give you a lifetime guarantee if you buy from them - wow nobody does that. If you are looking for an on time and perfect landscaping company, go to Green Dreams ;-)
