When I read the reviews I thought great. I'll make an appointment. A very bad decision on my part. I went in hoping that I had finally found a good dentistry. They don't tell you that they charge you a 93.00 for being a new patient. The dentist that saw me (had bad breath to begin with) and did such a quick exam that I really didn't know what I heard. I ended up with a less than 10 minute deep clean and had to pay 400 for that. I When I disputed the charge for the deep clean I was told that I would get another deep clean at no cost, of course. Well now that I have decided not to go back because of the awful experience I had with them, they will not refund that 400. They took exams that my insurance doesn't pay for and they don't tell you about it. I had to pay for a couple of extract up front but when you decide not to go back because of the awful experience, it has been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received a word from them as to when they will refund my money. If I have to I will take them to small claims court. DO NOT go here. Giving them one star is too good in my opinion. I am so upset with myself I am sick to my stomach.

Staff were very professional and helpful since the day I scheduled my appointment via the phone. My questions and concerns were answered and provided great detail. During my visit, the staff took precautionary measures to ensure my visit was comfortable. I received a great deal of help from Brenda, especially when navigating through my financing options. She provided me with detailed information regarding all of my questions and concerns. 5 star service all around.

I went in last Friday for a first checkup and the visit was fine. I scheduled an appointment for today. I woke up today under the weather and being called into work both. I called to let them know I needed to cancel and reschedule. I didn't know what day to reschedule for as my work is forcing overtime and I told them I would let them know. Their response was to threaten to charge me a 75 cancel fee. They are so hard up for money they would rather charge a fee than work with people long term. Why would they want me to come in if I am under the weather anyways? This makes me concerned about the safety of their practice.And if they were so busy that a fee would be warranted its odd that they had same day openings 2 days last week.

Donna was amazing. She was able to help me finance my procedure & help explain the process to better inform me about what would take place. She was very understanding & compassionate when dealing w/my mom who had helped me w/the payments & though she acted rather rudly Donna kept her smile & helped me to better & fix my own. Thank You Green Family Dental !
