Jon and the team were really helpful, from the info on the phone to coming over and cleaning my carpet. It came up really nicely. It's hard to tell when it's still damp, but after it dried there was a little more cleaning needed on the very surface, and Jon came back to check and then sent someone to give this a once over and now it feels really good. It hadn't been cleaned since I bought it 5 years ago and its come back to life

The carpets in my new rental flat were in terrible condition when I moved in, but the landlords refused to pay for them to be cleaned. Jon was kind enough to help arrange a very good price so I could pay for the cleaning myself, and the condition of the carpets is greatly improved. 10/10 would recommend.

After a night of a few drinks my friend had the misfortune of vomiting on my spare bedroom carpet. Green man cleaning were there to pick up the phone immediately which most other local companies did not. Jon came over to fix the emergency on unbelievably short notice. The professionalism and quality in the work was incredible to say the least. My carpet looks as good as new. 100% would recommend.
