Refinished our hardwood floors throughout the first and second floors prior to moving in. The floors look amazing - truly looks like a brand new home! Helen was able to move up our start date a whole week to accommodate our schedule. Great communication and responsiveness. The project started and ended on time. Crew was respectful, professional, prompt. Appreciate the attention to detail (filled in holes, fixed loose pieces, etc). No dust in the kitchen or on the built-ins. We were very pleased with the ease of working with them and the end result. Would use them for future projects and would highly recommend to anyone looking to refinish or install hardwoods. You will not be disappointed!

We bought a fixer upper in North Hills and knew we had to redo the hardwood floors. We contacted three companies. Green responded before anyone else and was able to get by in 24 hours to get us a quote. Their price was competitive and made the process very easy. They asked what look I wanted and after showing them a photo, they helped me narrow down to three colors. We went with dark walnut and couldn’t be happier. Helen is amazing! So is Arturo and Javier...they were so neat in my house and cleaned up after themselves every day! While moving in my new refrigerator, the delivery guy scratched my kitchen floor. I called Helen upset and she told me not to worry, she would send someone to repair it. It was not their responsibility but they are so committed to servicing their customers that she didn’t hesitate. I love Helen and Green Flooring. I would save my time and energy and just call Green and no one else! You will be so happy you did.
