I live on Venice Way in San Jose. Usually, the scooper misses about 20% to 30% of any of the yard waste that I put in the road gutter area, but this week, there was a very careful worker who scooped the area until almost all of the leaves, grass clippings and tree twigs in the pile were picked up. I strongly suggest that they consider having a built in vacuum under the scooper that will pick up the clippings that cannot be scooped. Either that, or have more street cleaners.

An easy 1 star. My trash lid broke off so I made a request to have it repaired 1st try. No response 2nd try a week later. They told me they will repair it so leave it out. If they don't come to repair it, leave it out the next week and the week after that Nope, they never came. 3rd try. No response 4th try another week later. Waiting for response San Jose. What's happening.

We have been waiting for over a month to get a replacement recycling cart for our complex. Literally every week one drops in the truck and there is no proactive response. They clearly know that they picked up four cans and only three came down. I’m now on call number 5 to get a replacement. Number 13 in line this time. Usually I’m number 8. After a while, the system tells you to leave a message. No one calls back. 200 a month for what?

Despite having a disability on file with the company, they refuse to pick up the garbage cans at the house. At first they were willing to at least bring them back to the house after emptying but now they don't do that either. Also, they have used Covid as an excuse to no longer do the extra \spring\ cleaning curb side pick up. They do as little as possible and charge twice as much as old trash removal company.

Garbage truck driver hit our security gate and damaged it beyond repair. We had a local gate company come out and replace the gate since they said it would be cheaper to replace than to straighten out and re-weld. Contacted green team about the damage and after repeated attempts to get Green team to reimburse us they have us the run around. When I say a company that treats its customers like it treats the service they provide this truly represents how this company is.
