Good experience, fairly quick in and out. Not a huge fan of USPS hours in general, though.

My son attempted to send my prayers cards from Texas. He was .20 cents short on postage and they withheld the envelope until I paid. I immediately paid the .20 cents, they can’t find the envelope now. Funny how pensions, good pay and holidays off make people apathetic. Sad and disappointing.

I love the Post Office, especially ours in Green Valley. My mail carrier is awesome and so kind. There’s lots of parking at the PO, a large number and variety of size boxes to rent, easy drive up/drop off boxes and friendly postal clerks. They don’t get the credit that they deserve. I’m betting 95% of the negative reviews are from snowbirds, many of whom are impatient and rude to service people every winter and consider themselves “entitled” to special treatment when they’re in town.

The people who work at this post office are rude and unhelpful. I had to go all the way home because they wouldn't give me a piece of tape or let me use a stapler. Our tax dollars at work!

Every time and I mean every time we hold or forward our mail, it gets delivered to our house or it gets sent back to the sender and I have to call. We have received messages that packages or mail have been delivered and it wasn’t. When I call, they tell me that the delivery person isn’t suppose to mark it delivered until they actually do it....ya right! I told them I was home and checked...yup...not delivered. I have never seen such an inept service like this. About 1/2 the workers in the building are friendly.

They have no Christian postage stamps... many other religions but Christianity is not welcome.

We ship over 250 items a day, and have shipped 365,000 items via USPS in the last 5 years. They are a nightmare for us, costing us over 10,000 per year, with no apology, ever. Lost mail, over-charges like this one, more lost mail, lost mail, over-charges, mis-scans, delayed mail, failures to deliver..... Here is a picture showing USPS demanding more money from our customer than it costs to ship first class in the first place, after we have already paid. This is a metered flat, which has more rules and stipulations than a home loan contract...but we know exactly how to ship, and for those that do know what a metered flat is, this envelope had 6 grams of seeds in it. In other words, it was shipped flat...flat...FLAAAAT! It perfectly adhered to the guidelines for metered flats. This is rancid customer service, and part of why the USPS has a 1.2 star rating online, on a scale of 1-5. If zero were possible to give, their rating would most likely be about 1/5 star out of 5. I'm entirely too busy to be spending time leaving feedback for this worthless entity, but it is a moral irresponsibility not to do so. Get your stuff together USPS. We put food on your table.
