I have rented from them for 5 years no problems ever the staff is very helpful!! Would definitely recommend anyone to them!! They work hard to keep there tenants happy and are very appreciated!! I was recommended from a friend to rent from Greenamyre Rentals when I was looking to move. When I contacted them about the property I was interested in, Crystal, especially, was very kind and helpful. They made the process quick, easy and very understandable for me, as this was my first time doing a lease on my own. If something breaks in my apartment, they are very efficient with the work orders that I have put in, some were even responded to and fixed within that day of putting the work order in. I strongly recommend Greenamyre Rentals if you're looking for a place to rent!

The ambience of this place (Broadway Lofts) is great. They fully achieved the feel they were going for here. High ceilings, large windows, it's awesome. I can walk to the Lewis and Clark building in 30 minutes, bike ride is 13. Greenamyre Rentals (Crystal Dooley) was great in helping me get an apartment here. I completed the entire process digitally and was able to move door-to-door with no issues. Improves: 1. A community grill would be nice. 2. Some free weights in the work out area would be much appreciated!

My place is perfect for me. It is all one level, has everything I need, and very close to shopping and great schools and reasonably priced. Most importantly, I can depend on the office staff and maintenance staff if there are any problems. That is worth GOLD today in rented housing. I truly feel like this is home!
