I've ordered from this place a number of times. Due to convenience I've delt with the RUDE service, not to mention rising cost. This was the LAST STRAW WHEN I FOUND A ROACH IN MY BAG!!!! The bag was in a knot so NO it didn't somehow fall in anytime from my car till when I got home. As soon as I opened the bag there it was trying to run away.

Delivery was fast and the crab rangoons were good. Problem was the kung pao chicken tasted and looked nothing like typical kung pao chicken. It wasn't spicy and it was very reminiscent of a type of \chicken with mixed vegetables dish\ or \hunan chicken\ with a garlicy type sauce with just some peanuts thrown in. I also was informed that chow mein is not in fact stir-fried noodles but instead vegetables and pork. It's sad that they got two staples from typical chinese restaurants wrong.

Moderate Customer service. I order General Tso chicken, shrimp fried rice and 2 steak and cheese egg rolls. General tso chicken was a bright red, dried and warm not hot. Shrimp fried rice was excellent no complaints there. Egg rolls lack a good amount of cheese in which gave the egg rolls a 6 out of 10.

This place is horrible. Order food 2 orders of 4 wings with fries. Only received 4wings only. Then the rude Asian lady tried to charge me for an order of fries. When I specifically said both wing order has fries. Lied s as nd said I wasn’t charge. When I spoke to her. She rudely said you want fries pay separate. Then sent the driver back to my house to ask for the chicken we started eating. After I paid for the food with my card dnd added a tip. Please save your money. I rather do door dash ubereats and pay the extra fee to dedd as l with this carry out. Please run!!
