Too much over crowded on 25th April Afternoon 2021.. no covid protocol, no one cares. Items pricy. Too much work out required to improve services, once branded company ,not anymore. Queue very long and annoying .

Went in and found what I wanted . At the cash I realized there was no bar code, within 2 minutes the cashier had the price. I was pleased, so were the clients behind me. The cashier was very nice
Packed with products and ready for spring and summer shopping. It's been a very tough winter. I still think it's much better to purchase in person, to reduce Amazon returns that mostly end up in local landfills. Look it up.
It's a shame because the employees now are more driven then the previous ones i did meet over the past 4 years. They are in the right direction customer service wise But trying to buy an item and have it GENUINELY work is what kills it for me. Items are unavailable or the ones that i HAVE bought always have a 50% chance of breaking or being broken. Again, customer service, nothing bad to say, all of them are helpful. But that is the only thing i can say that is positive.
Friendly and bilingual! I've been shopping at this location for a few years now and will continue since I enjoy either going in or the curbside service!

I use the garage at Canadian Tire in greenfield park exclusively now. I've gone to many garages and have owned many cars over the years. I am very impressed with the greenfield park prices and work seeing at how often I have heard complaints about Canadian Tire garages. I've worked on cars quite a bit from engine swaps to rebuilding cylinder heads so I know enough, most garages start out ok until I get a line that assumes I don't know what they are talking about and are trying to get some money out of me. I haven't had this problem so far with the greenfield park Canadian Tire Garage. They also guarantee their work if there are any problems and the Canadian Tire road side assistance is a good value
