I could have given them a MINUS! Worst courier company ever! Horrible rude staff. They call me on a thursday to make arrangements for friday delivery. No show on friday. I call them and they do not know what I am talking about as cannot find me on the system. I call them on Monday morning and still cannot find me. My supplier calls them same monday morning and hey! they find us and promise to deliver the same monday . Few hours later they call me to arrange a Tuesday delivery as they havent got drivers!.. getting funny! I then decide I might as well collect the pallet myself on Tuesday early, as by this time its becoming a joke. I call their office and a HORRIBLE woman, cannot call her lady as she is far from it! answers the phone and before I can explain why I have called, she shouts at me, I assume they have caller ID phones, telling me they will be delivering today...Monday..This is 4pm, havent notified us of change of plan. I now have to stay at work until whenever they feel like delivering. DISGUSTING COMPANY!
