Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it was possible. So apparently no one works at the Greenford distribution centre. My furniture has been there over a week and no one is able to get through to them to find out when it will be coming. It was meant to come Saturday, then yesterday but nothing. No one bothered to contact me to update me and throughout this whole process I’ve had to contact them to find out what’s going on. No one has taken accountability for what’s happened or even seems to be bothered. I will be cancelling my order seen as though it probably won’t get to me anyway. Do not buy from this place. I was warned before doing this but thought I’d give it a shot anyway and wish I hadn’t bothered wasting 3 months of my life.
