Since the Covid started there are more appointments available, because they are made on the phone, and on my experience this has work better as the doctors also were able to take more time to help. They referred me to the Social Prescription Service that gives me a lot of guidance and help me to connect with other services. I appreciate very much the contributions of Adina and Paru, also the dedication of many people in different services. The healing process flows much easier while feeling supported and understood. Thank you very much.

Terrible and pathetic excuse for a surgery if I must be honest, terrible service and the lady in reception does not know how to talk to people! Can not even help with simple requests
One Receptionist was very rude. I phoned them to talk about how I got the wrong type of form of a medicine I required. She starts saying "I never got the prescription from them. Where did I get it from?" I tell her I went to my pharmacy and told them they said that medicine is unavailable after it was prescribed by the doctor. She says "what do you want us to do it's unavailable. If it's not at the pharmacy you have to take what they have," and snickers at me. She kept having ago at me till the point I started crying. Only then she decided to do something after I said is there not a liquid form. Receptionists at this surgery need to learn some respect. I did not call to be ridiculed by a receptionist who is meant to be helpful. Train your receptionists in etiquette or find new ones.
Go elsewhere if you value your health there's a reason everyone puts a one star review for this surgery. There is one receptionist who everyone seems to have a problem with.
The slowest service, unhelpful receptionists and takes months to get an appointment. It’s so hard to get through to the phone. Would not recommend
Excellent Staff and Compassionate Doctors, yes its not perfect but the care my parents receive is second to none. The Doctors take time to understand any issues and try to help as much as they can. I think the Reception staff do as much as they can when under pressure especially when many patients are very rude to them, which is totally unnecessary.
The receptionist called Helena, is the most rude and vile human being I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking too. She is an awful person and shouldn’t be allowed to go anywhere near anyone’s personal health. She is not a doctor. She is a glorified typist and she needs to remember this when dealing with sick people. I hope she gets sacked sooner rather than later.
I recently wanted to get one stamp and sign by the doctor below my personal ID scan as a proof that is legitimate, informing about very short deadline. Reception staff didn’t want to listen to me and told me to drop in a request form, which is 15 days to process! This is a joke while service that i needed required only 30 seconds of attention!
