Such a lovely family run business. I was able to send my own design, which was then digitalised and embroidered. I was sent photos of a test run of the embroidery, so if there was any changes necessary this could be done before the final piece. You are also able to go and see the embroidery test run, if on a large scale, to make sure it is as required. I love how it turned out, the thread is satin so has a such a nice lustrous finish. My embroidery was on such a large scale (83cm x 54cm), yet the service was still so quick and efficient. 10/10

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with the kind folks at Embroidery by Design. Incredibly friendly, superb quality and quick turnaround. I had a bit of an unusual project requiring some embroidered designs on faux fur fabric for a mascot costume, they handled it with such professionalism and I'm thrilled with the final result. I can't recommend them enough, greatly knowledgable people! :)
