At the time of this post Hanwell Town football club are approaching their 100th anniversary. There is something special about these non league clubs that is hard to find with the big pro teams. If you've never been to see a non league game try it out and get to know some of the local people who support these clubs. Adult admission is 8 and children get in for just 1.

A fantastic club. As a visiting supporter I felt very welcome. Great facilities and a friendly atmosphere.

One of the best grounds I have ever visited. Big car park so no problem trying to find a space. Met by a very friendly young lady on the turnstile who was happy to welcome us to Hanwell and helped point out where everything was. Adults 8, U16s 1, Programme 2, Chips 2. Clubhouse is large and spacious with lots of tables and seats. The ground is mostly terracing, behind both goals, with a small covered brick shed on one side, and a covered seated stand opposite. Some of the chairs could do with being replaced The pitch was immaculate, with some investment being put towards sprinklers to maintain the grass. Would definitely recommend a visit, and I will revisit at some point.

Enjoyed my visit here and saw a good game of football. 8 admission fee was reasonable plus 1 for a programme which was quite a good read. The ground itself is gradually being modernised, but still plenty of work left to do. The pavilion also needs work done on it. If the club decides to add a balcony and a bar on the 1st floor, it would give fans a great view of the game and enjoy a drink.
