I just wanted to pass on my ‘thanks’ to two of your team at Howden’s Greenford. My first ‘thanks’ is to Jack. He has been very helpful to me on various occasions when trying to source an item which was part of a discontinued range which had been renamed. I was trying to find doors from the Burford Stone range since now called Cashmere. It has not been easy and I was beginning to give up hope. Although I successfully sourced the items from your Andover branch, Jack took the time initially to explain I could get the items from elsewhere, helped me with measurements, other items to replace a damaged area in my kitchen and all around supported me. It’s this kind of help that makes all the difference when your entering into unfamiliar territory (I am no kitchen expert)! Keep up the good work Jack. My second ‘Thanks’ is to Greg. Today Greg helped me source the final parts to my kitchen (much relief) and is organising delivery for tomorrow. His knowledge helped us quickly establish the items I required and he efficiently finalised my purchase bringing an end to months of stressing about the area which was damaged in my kitchen due to a water leak. Thank you
