Had hinge gone of one side of opening in window. One of the keeps or lock latches broken. Spoke to three window glazing companies and they said it was no way they could fix it and gave me a bill of a new window. Went on internet and found southern windows. Rang Kelly, spoke with Kelly trying to explain my problem. Kelly said just send me pictures on my phone and I can give you an estimate and plus the main thing he reassured me it can be fixed. Which was a relief. Sent me a text of when his man Joe can fix my window. Joe turned up on time and had completed the job in no time. An honest review will definitely keep this company's number and would definitely recommend Kelly's service. These days to find an honest man it is very hard but by writing this review it should be easy for other people in my position to get help without stress. Mr Ashraf very happy god bless you.
